I think a lot of people neglect their body's need to rest. They make everything else a priority their food, exercise, vitamins, etc. ...but they put sleeping at the bottom of their priority list. Actually, it's not on the list they tend to just do it when they have a chance. Truth is, sleep is mandatory to keep our mind and body functioning properly. I try to be in bed before 10PM every night, earlier if I can manage because I know my body will want to wake up at 6AM even when I don't need to. I average around 6-8 hours of sleep every night.
How much sleep do you get every night? Is there a certain time that you go to bed and wake up?

very true and i am one that neglects sleep, although i've had sleeping issues ever since i can remember, i barely sleep and get the rest that i should and deserve... i often think that i'm always sluggish and feeling unhealthy due to the lack of sleep that i get...

I sleep about 6 hours, not in a row. I have to get up once or twice to go to the ladies room.
