Hi, I was wondering how many people would attend a one day 40k Tournament at Dark Sphere on a Sunday if I ran one. 1650pts each. But Blood Angels, Dark Eldar, Orks and Tyranids get 1,850pts as long as they do not have an ally. No Forgeworld, no Kings of War, no Aquilla Defense Station or Vortex missiles. Battle Brothers count as allies of Convenience. Formation data slates count as your one ally. Primary victory points(objectives, kill points) will be used to decide who wins a game. Winning will give you 3 tournament points, a draw will give you 1, a loss 0. Secondary objectives(slay the warlord, first blood, linebreaker) will be tally'd up over the event and used as tiebreakers to decide final positions. Tabling your opponent will award you 3 tournament points for the win and the full 3 secondary points. Missions will be variations of the ones in the book but with minor tweaks revealed on the day. Table sides will be decided each game by myself, you will find your tournament record sheet alongside your opponents armylist on the table side you will be playing on. So you will only need to roll for first turn/deployment. Also fortifications are deployed when your army is deployed. A fully painted army against a un-painted army will get 1 re-roll per game.
